Food most consumed in Mexican nutrition.

Let's talk a little about the most ingested food products in Mexico and learn some of the benefits that these bring to our body.

The benefits of this cereal is that it contributes the energy necessary for the organism, it is rich in vitamins mainly those of the group B, in corn we can find minerals like magnesium, potassium and phosphorus that help us in the communication of the nervous system and muscles , strengthening of bones and teeth, is low in fat, has a 10g of fiber and 5g of protein in 100g of maize.



Bean, corresponds to one of the most ingested legumes in Mexico and has been recognized as the primary center of diversification of this product.

Its nutritional contribution is characterized by its great contribution of protein as it varies from 14 to 33% it is considered as an excellent vegetable protein auxiliary, in fiber whose value varies from 14g to 19g in 100g of bean, gradually stimulating intestinal transit.


It is also used as a functional food in preventing diseases like Anemia because of its considerable contribution of iron, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and vitamins of group B.
